Ms. Alba Zapata was born and raised in Colombia. During her teen years, her family moved to the States in New York City. She moved to Florida where she continued her studies and graduated with an AA in Education from Miami Dade Community College. She has previously taught in many children’s programs in the church ministry. Ms. Zapata has two grown children and a teenager. Her passion has always been to teach at a Christian school.
