Katie Maddox was born and raised in Titusville, FL. After high school, she pursued a degree in Paramedicine and worked as a solo paramedic in Orlando from 2001 to 2007. She keeps her paramedic license current in the state of Florida.

Katie met her husband, Keith, in Orlando, and they married in 2002. They have four amazing daughters: two have graduated from high school, and two attend Bethany Christian School.

After having children, Katie desired to start a new career path in Early Childhood Education. She pursued her Child Development Associate (CDA) and National Administrator Credential (NAC) to begin a career in childcare management. She has been the Preschool Director for Bethany Christian Preschool since 2023 and a member of Bethany Church since 2023.

Katie has a heart for reaching little ones for Christ and giving them the best experience in their first years of education.

Her life verse is Galatians 5:13 – “You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.”
