Mrs. Lisa Thomas was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She met her husband in Alabama while earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Tuskegee University. They have two children who are currently in high school.

Mrs. Thomas began her journey at Bethany Christian School in 2014, teaching VPK for three years. In 2017, she transitioned to teaching kindergarten, where she spent four years before moving to teach 6th grade in 2021. She believes God has placed her at Bethany Christian School and plans to stay as long as He wants to use her. Mrs. Thomas loves her class and takes joy in shaping the minds and hearts of young children.
