Biography
Danielle Sustaire is honored to serve as the Director of Unique Abilities at Bethany Christian School. The 2026–2027 school year will be her sixth year working at BCS. Since joining Bethany in 2021, she has had the opportunity to learn from and work alongside many incredible departments and staff members, strengthening her passion for Christian education and student development.
As Director of Unique Abilities, Danielle is excited to lead a program focused on ensuring that every student is challenged academically, encouraged spiritually, and given meaningful opportunities to grow in a supportive Christian school environment. Her goal is to help create a program where students feel valued, ministered to, and equipped to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
Danielle brings previous management experience to her role while continuing to pursue professional growth through ongoing education, professional development, and educational conferences. She believes strong leadership is developed through continual learning, service, and a heart for others.
Outside of school, Danielle is a proud mother of three. Born and raised in Oregon, she enjoys traveling, hiking, paddle boarding, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family.
