Biography

Mrs. Waithe has faithfully served at Bethany Christian School for 23 years. She holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University (Miami campus), and is also trained through the NSLP, The Institute of Child Nutrition, and is a ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager. Her heart for ministry extends beyond the lunchroom as she serves as a food bank director and is actively involved in local community outreach, especially with area homeless programs.

Mrs. Waithe has been married for 33 years and is the proud mother of five children and grandmother to five grandchildren. She views her work as an opportunity to serve both students and families, and her love for the Lord is reflected daily in her calling to care for others through both food service and ministry.
