Biography

Jennifer Ruip is a devoted follower of Jesus, a loving wife, a mother of 11, and a passionate protector of children. Married for 19 years to her incredible husband, Nick Ruip—a strong, loving father and steadfast partner—Jennifer’s life is a reflection of faith, family, and purpose.

She began her career in a maximum-security prison, where she developed strength, discipline, and resilience in high-pressure environments. Today, she brings those same qualities to her role as Head of Security at Bethany Christian School, where she works to create a safe, Christ-centered environment where children can grow and thrive.

Jennifer and Nick have built their family through both birth and the incredible journey of foster care and adoption, parenting 11 children with open hearts and unwavering love.

To Jennifer, her work is more than a job—it’s a ministry. Whether leading a team or loving her family, she lives each day with intention, compassion, and a fierce dedication to protecting and nurturing the lives God places in her care.
