Our Story

Bethany Christian School was founded in 1968 as an outreach ministry of Bethany Church, with a vision to reach young minds and hearts for the glory of God. What began as a small school using the Accelerated Christian Education model has grown into a vibrant K–12 community where students thrive both academically and spiritually. In 1981, the school transitioned to a traditional classroom format—and God has continued to bless that step of faith ever since.

For nearly 60 years, we’ve seen God’s faithfulness as students graduate prepared for the future—equipped with strong academics, deep-rooted faith, and a desire to lead lives that honor Christ. We remain committed to partnering with families to raise up the next generation of Christian leaders.

For students with learning differences, we offer accommodations aligned with IEPs and 504 plans whenever possible, ensuring every student can thrive in a nurturing, faith-filled environment.

Students are encouraged to live out Matthew 5:16—"In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father." Through local outreach, volunteer opportunities, and service projects, our students are learning what it means to love their neighbors and reflect the heart of Jesus in everyday life.
