Biography

Ms. Padro was born in New Haven, Connecticut, and is the proud mother of two children. From a young age, she has enjoyed helping and caring for others, and becoming a mother strengthened her passion for supporting children’s growth and development.

She proudly served in the U.S. Army as a Human Resource Specialist. She has since earned an associate degree and is committed to continuing her education. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management while also earning her second associate degree, with plans to complete both degrees by 2027.

Ms. Padro is excited to be part of the Bethany Christian Preschool family. She is passionate about leading with faith and helping create a nurturing environment where children feel loved, valued, and encouraged.

She hopes to make a lasting impact in the lives of the children she serves by reflecting Christ’s love through kindness, patience, compassion, and joyful service.
