Biography

Mrs. Leika Grady was born and raised in Panama, Central America, and moved to the United States after high school. In 2004, she met her husband, Irving, and the two were married in February 2007. They are now blessed with three children, all of whom attend Bethany Christian School.

The Grady family first became connected with Bethany Christian School when they were searching for a Christ-centered education for their oldest child. From their first visit, they felt BCS was the right place for their family and valued the way the school supported the foundation of faith they were building at home.

In 2021, Mrs. Grady earned her Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education from Eastern Florida State College. She also holds a teaching certificate from the Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools. Her education and experience have strengthened her desire to serve students and families in a Christ-centered school environment.

Now serving as a Class C Aide at Bethany Christian School, Mrs. Grady enjoys supporting students and teachers while helping create a safe, encouraging, and Christ-centered learning environment. She considers BCS more than a school and values the opportunity to be part of a ministry that helps students grow both academically and spiritually.
