Biography
Mrs. Radencic is a passionate and experienced educator who has taught every grade from Pre-K through 8th, with a special love for math and science. Her career includes working with ESOL students and children with special needs, which has allowed her to develop an inclusive, adaptable teaching style that supports the unique learning journey of each child. Her faith is at the center of her life, and she strives to nurture not only academic growth but also confidence, kindness, and character in every student.
Born in Texas but raised in Florida on a mango farm, Mrs. Radencic graduated from Bethany Christian School. She previously worked at BCS for 3 years in Pre-K and 2 years teaching 5th and 6th grade math and science before moving to Tennessee, where she lived for 15 years on a farm. She recently returned to Florida to be closer to family and is excited to be back at Bethany Christian School. Married for 26 years, she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, kayaking, and swimming, as well as crafting and reading.
