Mrs. Sell was born in Warrior, Alabama, and moved to Brevard County in 1994 when she was a junior in high school. She grew up in a Christian family with three preachers and one deacon. Mrs. Sell is the oldest of three children, though her sister passed away as an infant. She is married and has one son who attends BCS.

Mrs. Sell has worked in a school environment since 2014, performing various roles from instructional assistant to clerk. Motivated by her desire to have a positive influence on students’ lives, she began teaching in 2023, fulfilling a goal she had since kindergarten. She holds a teaching certificate from the Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (FACCS), our accrediting agency.

One of her favorite Bible verses is Proverbs 22:6: “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
