Ms. Laney Bailey was born in North Carolina and moved to Florida as an infant. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2016 with a degree in Web Design. She minored in Art and Education. She grew up attending public school in Brevard County but always made sure God was first. She attended AWANA through grade school and spent her free time helping at her church in vacation bible schools as well as volunteering at Bethany Christian School until hired as a substitute in 2014. She became a full-time teacher in 2016. Her mother attended BCS and now Ms. Bailey teaches at BCS, a family legacy. She married in 2021 to her high school sweetheart. She holds a certification through the Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools, our accrediting team.
